Tentative paper proposal

My tentative paper proposal is about why receiving a bachelors degree for dental hygiene is more beneficial compared to just the normal associates degree. More and more schools, like Ferris, are starting to offer dental hygiene students a bachelors degree because they are predicting in the future all dental hygienists will be required to have a minimum of a bachelors of science compared to just a certificate or associates degree which is required currently. I want to research what other opportunities you would have in your work place if you decided to earn the bachelors. Since I am going into this program I have to make the decision this year of what degree I want to earn. Researching what other classes needs to be obtained, how many more credit hours the program is, and what other jobs (like teaching dental classes) open up by having the bachelors degree.
